Dr. Bateman is a surgeon and board-certified specialist in otolaryngology. He graduated from The University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio where he also completed his specialty training. He has served the Sheridan area in private practice since 1995.

Sue Roller, CCC-A, is an audiologist who specializes in hearing testing and rehabilitation for all ages. She helps patients and their families with hearing loss and ringing. She can show you many hearing aid options, including the revolutionary new digital hearing aids.

Rene is our clinic's registered nurse; she can answer most patient's questions. She performs allergy skin testing and provides allergy therapy to many patients on a regular basis. She is very knowledgeable about facial skin rejuvenation options.

Jeana is our receptionist and is the first person to greet most patients to our practice. She can help you schedule an appointment in our clinic, and can answer most questions that may arise concerning your clinic visit.

Susan helps our patients with insurance and can help you understand your bill. If you don't have insurance coverage and need assistance, she can help you set up payment options or find funding through other community resources.

Marika is our practice transcrip- tionist. She helps keep our medical records accurate and can send a report of your visit to your primary care physician.
